The location was peaceful, a 10-15 minute walk from Cleveland. One of the advantages - pet-friendly rooms; they included a shower and hair dryers. The staff was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating with advice and suggestions.

The price was very reasonable, and everything was clean. The staff was so very wonderful. I would really like to say a thank you to all.
Well, it was a non-smoking room but the smell was unpleasant. The bathroom was very, very run down, but the shower output was good! The bed was very soft and we thought we would have trouble sleeping on it, but we slept very well.

The was a strong smell of air freshener in the room which gave me a headache. I think hotel rooms really should be odor-neutral. I wanted to change rooms but was informed they all smelled the same.
